	Toastify claims that the information & call weren't released at the time due to Kitty not coming forward (according to Doc she didn’t consider herself a victim) and Doc already leaving the internet. Everything was eventually released after AidenProjects teased the information on multiple streams which made Toastify come forward with a Google Doc and a stream.
